Campfire Worship 

Once a month, we invite people from the church community to join us for an evening of worship around the campfire. The next one will be July 21st at 6:00. Join us!

May begins our fiscal year here at Camp Victoria. These are the goals we want to achieve in the next twelve months: 

  • To promote the Camp within the community of Vieques by holding events such as campfire worship, Open House weekend, and Christmas decoration/event.
  • Solicit and secure an architect/engineer to develop construction plans for a housing building.
  • Continue to develop garden areas around the Camp
  • Develop and install new water and electric services at the front of the Camp
  • Continue construction on the main entrance walls and delivery gate.
<ul><li>Acquire a golf cart or similar vehicle to use on the Camp property to assist guests with mobility issues.</li><li>Develop agriculture area for education.</li><li>To fund and fill the Camp Director position.</li><li>To increase the pool of volunteers available throughout the year.</li><li>Promote the vision of the Camp and our plans for development. Education of pastors, churches, and like-minded Christian groups in Puerto Rico on the use and benefits of the camp ministry will be a focus.</li><li>Continue to develop the driving and parking areas in the front as well as the service entrance and maintenance barn</li></ul>

How can you pray for Camp Victoria?

  • Pray for our next youth summer camp coming up July 21-24
  • Pray for our next two mission teams coming to help progress the development of the Camp
  • Pray for the VBS activities of Iglesia Cristiana de Restauración being held at the Camp
  • Pray for continued and growing interest in the Camp by Puertorican pastors and churches
  • Pray that souls will be saved and lives changed through our efforts at the Camp.
  • Pray that God will lead His chosen person to fill the position of Camp Director
  • Pray for more local volunteers that can help maintain the Camp and/or help with office tasks
  • Pray for our goals for the year. "In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." Prov 16:9 NIV
  • Pray for our continued health while we carry the bulk of the load at the Camp
  • Pray how you can be involved in what God is doing through the ministry of Camp Victoria
